The 5-room house is designed for a maximum of 5 people and is centrally located in the vicinity of the Lübeck university district (lightly and quietly in a side street). The house is refurbished and has a high quality and is ideal for a residential community. The total living area is 101 m2. The 5 rooms have a size of 3x 13m2 and 2x 15m2 and are distributed on two floors. On both floors there is a bathroom and a kitchen.
The rental prices for the individual rooms are staggered. For the three rooms on the 1st floor, the rental price is 460 euros and for the rooms on the ground floor, 480 euros and 470 euros are included. All costs are included in the rental price.

The Academy for Hearing Aid Acoustics, the Technical University and the Medical University are quickly reachable in 5 minutes by car (by bike about 10 min).
The city centre can be reached by bus (line 2) in 12 min (stop in direct vicinity).

A separate parking space (Carport), as well as public parking spaces are available. Garden use is also possible. The garden has a covered terrace with garden furniture.

Das Haus ist neu eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet sich ideal für eine Wohngemeinschaft an. Die Gesamtwohnfläche beträgt 101 m². Die 5 Zimmer haben eine Größe von 3x 13m² und 2x 15m² und sind auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Auf beiden Etagen befinden sich jeweils ein Badezimmer und eine Küche.
Die Mietpreise für die einzelnen Zimmer sind gestaffelt. Für die drei Zimmer im 1. Stock beträgt der Mietpreis 460 Euro und für die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss fallen 480 Euro und 470 Euro an. In dem Mietpreis sind alle Kosten inbegriffen.

Die Akademie für Hörgeräte-Akustik, die Technische Hochschule und die medizinische Universität sind in 5 min mit dem PKW schnell erreichbar (mit dem Fahrrad ca.10 min).
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus (Linie 2) in 12 min zu erreichen (Haltestelle in direkter Nähe).

Ein eigener Stellplatz (Carport), sowie öffentliche Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Ebenso ist eine Gartennutzung möglich. Im Garten steht Ihnen eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung.

Ausstattung:

Im Haus befinden sich zwei Einbauküchen (Erdgeschoss und 1. Stock). Die Küchen sind jeweils ausgestattet mit einem Cerankochfeld / Backofen, einem Kühlschrank mit ***Gefrierfach, einer Mikrowelle und einem Geschirrspüler. An Küchenkleingeräten ist jeweils eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher, ein Toaster sowie ein Eierkocher vorhanden.
Alle Zimmer sind mit einem 49 Zoll LED-Fernseher (SAT-TV), Blu-ray Player und einer HiFi Kompaktanlage (CD, Radio, DAB+ und USB-Eingang für iPod/iPhone) ausgestattet. Über den schnellen Internetanschluss (Glasfaser 350000) können Sie sich per WLAN mit Hilfe von zwei vorhandenen Tablets, oder mit Ihrem eigenen Notebook ins Internet begeben.

In den Zimmern befindet sich jeweils ein Einzelbett (Boxspringbett 90 x 200 cm) und jeweils ein Kleiderschrank (Schreibtisch bzw. Esstisch).
Zwei Waschmaschinen (im Erdgeschoss und im 1.Stock) und ein Wäschetrockner befinden sich in dem großzügig angelegten Vollbad. Ein zweites Bad im Erdgeschoss (WC und Dusche) ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
