The room has an estimated size of 20 square meters and is unfurnished. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is general purpose basement storage space and a bicycle basement. The common spaces are furnished. The rooms are floored with laminate/hardwood.
P.S.: Some of the furniture in the pictures will not be here (some might be replaced in the living room) after our roommate moves out, such as the dining table, drawers, TV, etc.
The bus stop is located almost directly outside of the apartment (<1min walk), parking spaces are located on the street in front of the house. There is also a public lot ~4-5min walking, where there is a Rewe, Aldi, Rossman, and Jysk. Bus goes every 15 min to the main station on weekdays, 30 min on weekends. The University and Altestadt are 10 min by bicycle. There is also a bicycle stand outside of the flat that is shared by the building.
We are a couple (Paniz and Christian) who have been dating for over 2 years. We both study biomedical engineering at the TH. Christian finished his studies, and Paniz is working a student job.

Paniz: Hiii, my name is Paniz🙋🏻♀️, I'm 27 from Iran. I am a musician ( the main instrument is violin (I don'thave it here in Germany with me), but I also play flute (recorder and alto), and I LOVE singing!
I speak Persian, English, and a bit German, but the main language spoken at home is English.
I like music, watching TV, chit chatting / having deep conversations, animals, spicy food 🌶, etc.
And last but not least, I have arachnophobia, which is a fear of spiders!😬
