Das Hauptzimmer in unserer WG ist klein und gemütlich (9m²), aber der große Vorteil ist, dass du zusätzlich ein weiteres Zimmer (6m²) im oberen Geschoss zum gleichen Preis bekommst. Du kannst es ganz nach deinen Bedürfnissen nutzen – als Abstellraum, Büro, Gästezimmer oder zum Wäsche trocknen.

Beide Zimmer sind unmöbliert, außer dem Bett und der Matratze im Hauptzimmer, die für 150€ übernommen werden müssen.

Beide Zimmer haben ein Fenster. Das Hauptzimmer liegt zur Straße hin und ist mit Rollläden ausgestattet, die morgens die Sonne abhalten.

The main room in our WG is small and cozy (9m²), but the real bonus is that you also get an additional (6m²) room upstairs for the same price, which you can use however you like—as storage, an office, a guest room, or even for drying laundry.

Both rooms will be unfurnished, except for the bed and mattress in the main room, which must be taken over for 150€.

Both rooms have a window, with the main bedroom facing the street and equipped with blinds to keep out the morning sun.
