This 20-square-meter room offers a cosy and welcoming ambience where you can relax and feel at home. The room is furnished with everything you need, including a big and comfortable bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, so there is no need to buy extra furniture :)
Natural light comes to the room through two large windows, which provide a pleasant view of the pedestrian street below (excellent for people-watching XD). The room also features a cosy sitting and reading nook, complete with a bean bag, creating the ideal spot to unwind with a good book or simply relax. Since the floor is carpet, you don't need to worry much about cold feet!
The room is attached to our corridor/common room, where we have a table to eat, play games, and chat. We also have a kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and, our highlight, a dishwasher!
The flat is situated in the heart of Lüneburg! The Schröderstraße is between the Rathausplatz and Am Sande, so everything you need is within walking distance. There are also numerous bus stops around.

You will live with three other people:
- Sascha is 27 years old, recently finished his apprenticeship and is now working as a Data Analyst. He is open-minded, honest and enjoys a variety of hobbies, including couple dance, brazilian jiu-jitsu, and DJing. If you're interested in trying something new this summer, Sascha is always up for sharing his interests and exploring new things together.
- Addie is a 27 year old Sustainability Sciences masters student and corporate sustainability consultant. She enjoys exploring the surrounding area, going for runs and bike rides, cooking, and generally trying new hobbies and experiences. She loves any opportunity for sunshine and fresh air (very pro Lüftung) and friendly conversations with people from all different backgrounds.
- The third person will move in with you at the same time, so we do not currently know who that will be :)
Since you will be moving into my room, and of course also generally to maintain a pleasant living situation in the flat, it would be essential to us that you are a tidy and clean person. We have a cleaning schedule in place, where everyone has their responsibilities for the shared spaces. It would be nice if you could confirm in your message that you would be willing to participate, so that we can continue living in a clean environment. You would also be responsible for watering my two plants (they are not difficult to care for, so don’t worry) Also, to make sure you read everything, please include your favourite type of chocolate (I am not that picky when it comes to chocolate, but I do like a nice piece of dark chocolate). We also value communication, and our flat's common language is English (don't worry, if your English isn't perfect, that's obviously not a problem, you should just be willing to try :) )
Other than that, I am looking forward to your message. Feel free to tell us about yourself, what your hobbies are, why you want to move in here, etc. Please be patient, I will respond, but I am also currently preparing for my semester abroad in Norway (which is why the room will be free), and I am also still studying, so it might take me a bit! Sorry for that!
