Das helle Zimmer hat zwei Schrägfenster, durch die vor allem am Morgen und Vormittag viel Sonne fällt. Da die Fenster Richtung Kurpark gehen, hört man außer Vogelzwitschern praktisch gar nichts. Perfekt also für alle, die Wert auf eine ruhige Umgebung legen! Das Zimmer hat wunderschöne Dachbalken und helles Laminat.
Der große Vorteil: Es ist das einzige Zimmer im 2. OG und hat ein eigenes Badezimmer (!), sodass man wirklich seine eigene Privatsphäre hat. Dadurch, dass man keine direkten Nachbarn auf der Etage hat, ist es eigentlich immer ruhig und gleichzeitig kann man etwas lauter sein, ohne dass jemand etwas mitbekommt.
Durch den eigenen Flur hat man auch mehr Platz als die eigentlichen 16 qm im Zimmer, dort habe ich meine Kleiderstangen z.B. hingestellt.
Das große Bad mit der Dusche verfügt außerdem über große Fenster und eine geniale Fußbodenheizung, die gerade im Winter sehr angenehm ist :)

This bright room has two windows with lots of morning sun. Since they face the local park, there is not much noise except for the birds, which is why this room is super quiet! There are also two beautiful wooden beams and light laminate. It's fully furnished, so you simply need to bring your personal stuff. It is furthermore the only room on the third floor and has an own bath room so there is also lots of privacy!
Direkt am Kurpark, zwischen Stadt und Uni und mit sehr guter Anbindung an zwei Bushaltestellen (Soltauer Str./Kurzentrum und Stadtfriedhof), die beide in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. In die Stadt dauert es mit dem Fahrrad 5-8 Min, zur Uni genauso lange. Edeka, Aldi, Budni und Denns sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Zum Bahnhof sind es max. 10 min mot dem Rad. Mit dem Metronom sind es nur 20 min nach Harburg, zum Hauptbahnhof in Hamburg 30 min.

This house is perfectly located between the city center and the university, directly bordering the nearby park. To the city center, university and the train station it's less than 10 mins by bike. To go to Harburg it takes 20 mins, to Hamburg main station it's around half an hour. Trains run frequently.
In der WG wohnen außerdem noch Svea seit Oktober und zu Dezember zieht Toni ein. Beide studieren an der Leuphana Lehramt, Svea ist im 1. und Toni im 3. Semester. Das WG-Leben war bisher immer entspannt, d.h. wenn man sich in der Küche trifft, verquatscht man sich gerne mal und ab und an kochen wir auch zusammen. Dennoch hocken wir nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander und erwarten auch nicht, dass man ständig etwas miteinander macht. Uns sind Sauberkeit, Ordnung und eine gute Kommunikation wichtig - falls mal etwas nicht passt, sprechen wir das kurz an und gut ist :)

My room mates are Svea and Toni, both students of Leuphana and studying teaching. Svea has been here since October and Toni will move in to December. We like to hang out in the kitchen or on the balcony facing the park but there is no obligation to spend all your free time together. If you feel like being on your own most of the time, that's perfectly fine as well. We appreciate cleanliness and tidiness in the common areas. If there is anything that bothers one of us we just talk about it and find a solution together, so you don't need to worry about that :)
Falls ihr Interesse habt, schreibt doch kurz eine Mail mit einigen Infos zu euch an . Ich lasse alle meine Möbel da, d.h. du kannst Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und -stuhl sowie Kleiderstangen etc. alles nutzen und brauchst nur deine eigenen Dinge mitbringen. Kaution wäre eine Monatsmiete, also 390€.
