Beautiful room near the university Schönes Zimmer in Uninähe

The location of the apartment is super convenient. There's a bus stop right outside our front door, which takes you to the city center or the train station in 10 minutes. You also only need a few minutes to walk or cycle to the university, which is super nice, especially if you have early lectures :) You can also reach all the grocery stores by bike within 10 minutes (Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Edeka).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super praktisch. Genau vor unserer Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man in 10min in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof ist. Außerdem braucht man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten zur Uni, was mega nice ist vor allem, wenn man früh Vorlesungen hat:) Mit dem Rad erreicht man außerdem auch alle Lebensmittelgeschäft innerhalb 10 min (Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Edeka).

Your future flatmates are Mia, Lu, Lene, Raquel and Jonny.

Mia is 21 and is currently studying GESS in her 2nd semester. She's always up for vintage shopping and coffee and loves to offer her food to others. She is a very spontaneous person and loves to share clothes, things and wholesome moments.

Lene is 25 and is in her 2nd Master semester in Sustainability Science: Governance and Law. She would like to be politically active if she could find more time for it. She therefore enjoys doing things with friends and would be happy if anyone else would like to share the Solawi share.

Lu is 23 and study environmental sciences in her 6th semester and is always up for spontaneous conversations or activities. You can stroll through the weekly market with her, play Volleyball at the beach fields or go second-hand hunting. Lu also enjoys spending time doing handicrafts, be it knitting, sewing or crocheting.

Raquel is 23 and a 6th semester Indi. You can find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or skimming through insect books, trying to catch a beautiful beetle to paint. You can always come to her if you want to practice your Spanish, have an acro-yoga session or yap about that new topic you are obsessing about :)

Jonny is 27 and is studying business administration, but prefers to donate his time on photography and has founded a video production company with a friend. He is a very open-minded and energetic person and is always up for a (Hello Fresh) cooking session, movie night or party.

Overall, we are a clean flat share (with a cleaning schedule) and enjoy spending time together, whether it's cooking, lying in the sun or movie night. We have a shared flat evening about once a week and would like to keep this up. Sharing a flat with 6 people sometimes sounds a bit too much, but everyone has the opportunity to take time for themselves. Nevertheless, we are happy if you would like to do something together from time to time and help with the organization and design of the apartment 🌞

Mit ihr kannst du gemeinsam über den Wochenmarkt schlendern, Volleyball spielen an den Beachfeldern oder auf Second-Hand-Jagd gehen. Lu verbringt aber auch gerne Zeit mit handwerklichen Tätigkeiten, sei es Stricken, Nähen oder Häkeln.

Raquel ist 23 und studiert Indi im 6 Semester. Man findet sie in der Küche, wo sie mit neuen Rezepten experimentiert oder in Insektenbüchern blättert und versucht, einen schönen Käfer zum Malen zu finden. Du kannst immer zu ihr kommen, wenn du dein Spanisch üben willst, eine Akro-Yoga-Session machen oder über das neue Thema quatschen willst, von dem du besessen bist :)

Jonny ist 27 und studiert eher nebenbei BWL, denn viel lieber steckt er Zeit in Fotografie und hat mit einem Kumpel eine Videoproduktionsfirma gegründet. Er ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener und energiegeladener Mensch und ist immer für eine (Hello Fresh-) Kochsession, Filmabende oder Party zu haben.

Insgesamt sind wir eine saubere WG (mit Putzplan) und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, egal ob es beim Kochen, in der Sonne liegen oder Filmabend ist. Aktuell haben wir ca. einmal die Woche einen WG-Abend etabliert und würden das gerne beibehalten. Eine 6er WG hört sich manchmal etwas too much an, bei uns hat aber jeder die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen und Zeit für sich zu nehmen. Trotzdem sind wir aber froh, wenn du auch ab und zu Lust hast was zu unternehmen und bei der WG Gestaltung mitzuwirken🌞

Alles weitere besprechen wir, wenn du uns besuchst aber du kannst natürlich auch vorher Fragen stellen. Wir werden wahrscheinlich Mitte April mit den Besichtigungen anfangen. Wenn du es bis hierhin geschafft hast, dann schreib uns doch gerne was deine Lieblingsteesorte ist.
