Ich vermiete vom 20.01. - ca. 2.05.08 mein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG. Unsere Altbau-Wohnung liegt am Luzerner Stadtrand, ca. 10 Bus-/Velominuten vom Bahnhof LU entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man halt so braucht(ADSL 20000/WLAN, TV, Geschirrspülmaschine, eigene Waschmaschine etc.). Auch ein Gartensitzplatz und Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Haus wird von jungen toleranten Nachbarn bewohnt, auch MusikerInnen und Nachtschwärmer sind herzlich willkommen...
Der Mietzins beträgt alles inklusive CHF 550.-/Monat. Darüber kann man auch reden...
Die Mitbewohnerin (27) hat einen Zweitwohnsitz auf dem Lande und ist daher selten vor Ort, du hast also eigentlich die ganze Wohnung für dich alleine.
