We have an entire house for ourselves. The house has 4 rooms on three floors. There is a large bathroom on teh first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The shared large kitchen has a nice area where we can meet up with friends or have dinner together. The room is approx. 20 square meters and available right away. The rent is 488,75€ plus one time 600€ for the furniture. I would like to leave the furniture in the room when I move out. The furniture includes a desk, a wardrobe, a free standing hanging rail, a bed with a mattress, a shoe shelf, a picture shelf on the wall, two very large mirrors and new curtains.
There is a big garden which is perfect for barbecues or after study beers. There is even a sunbed for working on your tan ;)
The house is 15 minutes by bike from the FPN Campus. and there are multiple shops in close range. The area is very quiet and perfect for studying and sleeping in peace ;) but it is 5 minutes by bike to get into town.
You would be living with 2 boys and one girl. Everyone has their own schedule but we manage to get together on a regular basis to cook together or have one or more beers ;)

The kitchen has a dishwasher, and you would share the refrigerator with your new roommate Lola. Since we have two refrigerators, there is always enough space for everything. :)
We share a washing machine and clothesline.
The house has a garage where there is space for your bike.
We are looking for someone who can move in right away, of latest in the beginning of june :)
