From March 1st, this beautiful room in the cozy four- shared apartment will be available. Since I am moving out, i am looking for a new tenant for my room. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the apartments with good flatmates and peace, and now unfortunately have to say goodbye to this lovely home. We are happy to discuss the exact dates of moving, but by arrangement you could move into the room few days earlier.
Your room is 19sqm and comes with two large windows that lets in plenty of natural light, making it the perfect spot for studying, relaxing, or just enjoying your own little haven. You can put up high ceiling curtains to save yourself from the morning sun on your face.
The apartment has four rooms, one bathroom, an extra toilet a kitchen and a lovely balcony. It is located on the third floor, and is very near to the university. If you like, i can leave few furniture in the room, like bed, matress, table etc for a small discounted price. We can talk about that later in the chatbox. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with a dishware, a newly purchased washing machine, refrigerator etc.
The location is perfect! The university is very close, making it ideal for students. For groceries, NP Supermarkt is only 3 minutes away on foot, with Lidl and Aldi just an 8–10-minute walk. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the building, making getting around super easy.
One of the best parts is our apartment is the great company—my flatmates Sophie, Flo and Amal are kind and friendly. We often cook together in the kitchen, sharing meals, conversations, and laughter. Sophie is a Design student at the Hochschule, Flo is a medicine student and Amal is pursuing her degree in Peace and Conflict Studies.
