Zu vermieten ist ein 31qm Zimmer mit hohen Decken in einer Altbauwohnung im 3. OG. Das Zimmer hat viel Morgensonne, viel Platz und einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Dom.
In den angegebenen 440€ Miete sind die Nebenkosten, Stromkosten, GEZ sowie Kosten für Internet bereits enthalten! Es kommt also nichts mehr an Fixkosten hinzu! Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert.

The free room has 31sqm with high ceilings on the 3rd floor. The room has a lot of sunshine in the morning, is really big and has a balcony with a view towards the Dom.
The 440€ rent covers all expenses (electricity, internet etc.). The room will be unfurnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Otto-von-Guericke-Straße nur wenige Schritte vom Hasselbachplatz entfernt und damit super zentral gelegen. Von dort aus fahren Straßenbahnen in alle Richtungen. Außerdem sind Supermärkte, Bars und viele andere Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Elbe und der schöne Stadtpark :)

The flat is located in central Magdeburg in the Otto-von-Guericke-Straße only few steps away from Hasselbachplatz. Public transport is close by and all necessary stores (groceries, drug stores) are in walking distance. Also some nice bars and pubs as well as the Elbe and Stadtpark are only a few walking minutes away.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Tom (28) und Kaushik (27). Tom schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit in Psychologie und Kaushik schreibt an seiner Diss in Neurowissenschaften. Eigentlich wohnt noch Ani hier, aber da sie Ende Januar auch ausziehen wird, werden sogar 2 Zimmer frei! Das heißt, ihr könntet im Prinzip direkt noch eine*n Freund*in mitbringen ;)
Wir kochen hin und wieder zusammen oder trinken Sekt/Bierchen, gucken Serien und spielen zur Freude mancher Mitbewohner auch manchmal Gesellschaftsspiele. Wir freuen uns, wenn du Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben hast, je nach Lust und Laune.

Your future flat mates will be Tom (28) and Kaushik (27). Tom writes his Master thesis in psychology and Kaushik does the same with his dissertation in neuroscience. Also, Ani lives here, but will move out in January as well, so that we actually have 2 free rooms then. So if you want to move in together with a friend, this is technically also possible :)
We sometimes enjoy cooking together, having drinks, watching series, or playing card cames.
Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung ist mit 165qm sehr groß und bietet so allen genügend Platz.
Abgesehen von den WG-Zimmern gibt es in der Wohnung eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem super gemütlichem Sofa, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Badewanne/Whirlpool und ein Gästebad, so dass man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Januar verfügbar, aber kann auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt bezogen werden. Schreib uns doch gerne eine Nachricht und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen. Entweder über Skype/Zoom oder du kommst einfach mal vorbei :)

Our beautiful apartment has a size of 165m2 and therefore offers enough space beside your own room. We got a small kitchen with a dish washer, a large living/dining room with a super comfy sofa. In our bathroom is our washing machine, a shower and a separate bath tub/ whirlpool.
The room is practically available from January 1st, but you can also move in at a later date. Just shoot us a message and we'll set up either a Skype/Zoom date or you come over and have a look in person.
