Großes helles Zimmer am Hasselbachplatz

Du würdest am Puls der Stadt wohnen - unserem geliebten Hasselbachplatz. Du findest entspannte Spätis in der Gegend, wo es sich im Sommer schön corner lässt :). All die lebensnotwendigen Läden kannst Du in nem Minütchen Fußweg erreichen - Edeka, Rossmann, Netto (vielleicht drei min), Apotheke, Bäcker, Bingöl und andere Essensholmöglichkeiten.
Die Straßenbahnen in alle Richtungen erreichst Du auch in nem Minütchen, auch die S-Bahn-Halte ist ne Minute entfernt und der Bahnhof in 10min.
Wenn Dir mal die Decke auf den Kopf fallen sollte und Du dich nach etwas Natur, frischer Luft und einem nicht für die Ohren belastenden Ort suchst, liegt Dir die Elbe & Hubbrücke in zehn Minuten einfach die Straße runter zu Füßen. Weitere fünf Minuten und Du bist in dem schönen Stadtpark, in dem Du wortwörtlich versinken und Dich treiben lassen kannst. :)
Alle Zeitangaben waren gerade zu Fuß. Ich nehme überall das Rad, dann biste noch schneller unterwegs :-) Falls Du doch zur Uni musst/möchtest, wären das mit Rad 10-15 Minuten. Mit der Bahn bist du auch in 10 min bei der Uni.

You would live at the pulse of the city - our beloved Hasselbachplatz. You'll find relaxed late-night pubs in the area, where it's nice in summer :). You can reach all the essential shops in a minute's walk - Edeka, Rossmann, Netto (maybe three minutes), pharmacy, bakery, Bingöl and other food pick-up points.
You can also reach the trams in all directions in a minute, the S-Bahn stops are also a minute away and the train station is 10 minutes away.
If you're looking for some nature, fresh air and a place that doesn't strain your ears, the Elbe & Hubbrücke are just ten minutes down the road. Another five minutes and you're in the beautiful city park, where you can literally sink in and let yourself drift. :)
All times were just on foot. I take the bike everywhere, then you'll be on your way even faster :-) If you do need/want to go to university, it would be 10-15 minutes by bike. You can also get to the university in 10 minutes by train

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis sind für jeden Spaß zu haben, mit den drei kannst du toll lachen und je nach dem was ansteht, viel Zeit verbringen. Alle drei sind sehr liebe Menschen mit denen es sich toll zusammen wohnt. 🌞
Es geht bei uns sehr harmonisch zu und es wird auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander geachtet. Falls du mal keine Lust auf ein Gespräch hast oder Zeit für dich brauchst, wird das von allen respektiert. Der Biorhythmus der drei ist relativ durchmischt und du wirst wahrscheinlich morgens um acht oder abends um elf immer jemanden antreffen können.
Die große Spielesammlung in der Küche beweist es: diese WG hat eine große Leidenschaft für Gesellschaftsspiele. Die Auswahl ist groß, von Wizzard bis HeckMeck ist alles dabei. Der all time favorit ist aber auf jeden Fall Siedler von Catan!
Und wenn dir mal die Decke auf den Kopf fällt, sind die drei tolle Begleiter:innen für Partys, Cornern am Hassel oder Chillen im Park.

So, jetzt nochmal kurz und knackig zu den drei:

Lisa ist 23 und studiert Psychologie. Gerade macht sie ihr Psychiatriepraktikum. Sie ist seit kurzem aus ihrem Erasmus aus Istanbul zurück und wohnt seit Ende Januar bei uns. Lisa ist super offen und kommunikativ und du kannst immer einen schönen Schnack mit ihr halten. Sie ist gerne aktiv, geht gerne Bouldern, trinkt Matcha uns genießt das Leben. Sie geht außerdem gerne in Kunstmuseen, in die Oper und strollt gerne auf Flohmärkten.

Jana ist 23 und studiert Psychologie an der Uni. Eigentlich ist sie damit auch schon fast fertig. Sie mag Schlagermusik, ist sehr gerne in der Natur unterwegs und geht auch gerne Bouldern. Im Moment ist sie sehr viel in der Bib und der Mensa unterwegs. Mit ihr kannst du schöne lange Gespräche in der Küche führen

Jon ist 25 und studiert Sportwissenschaft an der Uni. Wenn er nicht gerade zockt, musiziert er (Gitarre, E-Gitarre, Synthesizer, Klavier...). Er ist regelmäßig beim Volleyball und Handball aktiv und spielt seit neustem Billard. Im Sommer ist er auch gerne für Spikeball im park zu haben. Neben Sport hat Jon auch eine kreative Seite – er malt und sprayt gerne. Jon hat immer wieder frische Ideen im Kopf und wenn du mal eine Frisurveränderung brauchst, er kann Haare schneiden!
Sonstiges: Zur Besichtigung der Wohnung und zum gemeinsamen kennenlernen kannst du gerne vorbei kommen, aber wenn du dich wohler online fühlst, können wir das ganze auch über Zoom machen.

Your future flatmates are always up for a good laugh and you can spend a lot of time with them, depending on what's on the agenda. All three are very lovely people who are great to live with. 🌞
We have a very harmonious atmosphere and treat each other with respect. If you don't feel like having a chat or need time to yourself, everyone respects that. The biorhythm of the three is relatively mixed and you will probably always be able to find someone at eight in the morning or eleven at night.
The large collection of games in the kitchen proves it: this flat share has a great passion for board games. There is a large selection, from Wizzard to HeckMeck. But the all-time favourite is definitely Settlers of Catan!
And if you're feeling down in the dumps, the three of them are great companions for parties, playing corn at the Hassel or chilling out in the park.
So, let's get to the three of them in a nutshell:

Lisa is 23 and is studying psychology. She is currently doing her psychiatry internship. She recently returned from her Erasmus in Istanbul and has been living with us since the end of January. Lisa is super open and communicative and you can always have a nice chat with her. She likes to be active, goes bouldering, drinks matcha and enjoys life. She also likes going to art museums, the opera and strolling around flea markets.

Jana is 23 and is studying psychology at university. She is almost done with her thesis. She likes pop music, loves being out in nature and also enjoys bouldering. At the moment she spends a lot of time in the library and the canteen. You can have nice long conversations with her in the kitchen

Jon is 25 and studies sports science at university. When he's not gaming, he plays music (guitar, electric guitar, synthesiser, piano...). He regularly plays volleyball and has recently taken up billiards. In summer, he also enjoys playing spikeball in the park. In addition to sport, Jon also has a creative side - he likes to paint and spray paint. Jon always has fresh ideas in his head and if you ever need a hairstyle change, he can cut hair!

Other: You are welcome to come by to view the flat and get to know us, but if you feel more comfortable online, we can also do the whole thing via Zoom.

Unsere schöne Gemeinschaft ist gerade im Umbruch, da ich, Jana und Lisa demnächst ausziehen werden. Somit wirst du nicht die einzige neue Person in der WG sein und kannst dich ggf. noch an der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohnis beteiligen.
Des Weiteren übernimmst du einen Hauptmietervertrag, weshalb du eine Bürgschaft bzw. einen Bürgen benötigst.
Die Kaution beträgt 453 Euro.
Miete + Strom + Internet betragen zusammen 278 Euro.

Our lovely community is currently in upheaval, as me, Jana and Lisa will be moving out soon. This means that you won't be the only new person in the shared flat and you may be able to take part in the search for new flatmates.
You will also be taking on a main tenancy agreement, which is why you will need a surety or guarantor.
The deposit is 453 euros.
Rent + electricity + internet together amount to 278 euros.
