Das Zimmer ist dank zwei Fenstern gut beleuchtet und sehr geräumig. Es ist 18 m" groß und hat auch zwei Heizungen. Die Lampe würde ich dem zukünftigen Mieter überlassen. Bei weiteren Fragen kannst du dich gerne an mich wenden. Die Kaution ist 250 Euro hoch. Die Wände werde ich selbstverständlich wieder überstreichen. Die Möbel würde ich allerdings mitnehmen.
The room is well lit thanks to two windows and is very spacious. It is 18 m2 and also has two heaters. I would leave the lamp to the future tenant. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me. The deposit is 250 euros. I will of course repaint the walls. However, I would take the furniture with me.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr tolle und praktische Lage. Nicht nur erreicht man in 2 Minuten die Straßenbahn, man ist sogar nach etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg am Bahnhof. In der Nähe (6 Minuten Fußweg) befindet sich ein Rewe und auch dm. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Kaufland oder Rossmann) befinden sich im City Care, das mit der Straßenbahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist. So ist auch die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Zu der Uni braucht man mit der Straßenbahn etwa 20 min, zu Hochschule sind es ungefähr 30 Minuten. Das Viertel ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt hier viele Familien aber auch viele Studenten.
The apartment is in a great and practical location. Not only is the tram 2 minutes away, you can even walk to the main train station in about 10 minutes. There is a Rewe and a dm nearby (6 minutes walk). Other shops (such as Kaufland or Rossmann) are located in City Care, which is only a few minutes away by tram. This also makes it easy to get to the city center. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the university by tram, and about 30 minutes to the college. The neighborhood is really beautiful and quiet. There are a lot of families here, but also a lot of students.
Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG.
José (29) dein neuer Mitbewohner studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Masterstudium in Potsdam. Er ist ein ruhiger Mensch und lernt auch gerne neue Leute kennen. In seiner Freizeit spielt er Gitarre und möchte eine Band zusammenstellen, um aufzutreten. Außerdem treibt er Sport und mag es auf Konzerte zu gehen. Er kommt aus Mexiko und spricht Englisch und Spanisch.
Mohamed (27) hat am längsten in der WG gelebt und ich (21) bin im Wintersemester 2023 eingezogen. José ist im April dieses Jahres eingezogen.
Jedoch wird auch Mohamed wahrscheinlich bald die WG verlassen, da er sein Studium beendet.
Er ist Marokkaner und ein offener und lebensfroher Mensch, der Aktivitäten liebt und gerne raus geht. Außerdem ist er ein hervorragender Koch und wirklich sehr freundlich. Auch begeistert er sich sehr für Fußball (zum selbst spielen und gucken).
Die beiden sind wirklich sehr liebe Menschen und ich werde die WG verlassen, weil ich ins zum Studieren ins Ausland gehe.
Wir suchen jemanden, der sich gut mit José und Mohamed versteht, da wir eher eine familiäre Atmosphäre haben.
Our shared apartment is not a purpose one.
José (28), your new roommate, is studying economics for his master's degree in Potsdam. He is a calm person and also likes to meet new people. In his free time he plays the guitar and wants to put together a band to perform. He also does sports and likes going to concerts. He comes from Mexico and speaks English and Spanish.
Mohamed (27) has lived in the shared apartment the longest and I (21) moved in in the winter semester of 2023. José only joined us in april this year.
However, Mohamed will maybe also soon be leaving the shared apartment as he will soon be finishing his studies.
He is Moroccan and an open and cheerful person who loves activities and likes to go outside. He is also an excellent cook and really very friendly. Also, he is very enthusiastic about football (playing and watching).
They're both really lovely people and I'm leaving the shared apartment because I'm going to study abroad.
We are looking for someone who gets along well with José and Mohamed as we have more of a family atmosphere.
