Wir suchen jemanden für den 1.März aber im Notfall ist der 1.4. auch okay.
Vermietet werden zwei Zimmer. Beide liegen zum Hinterhof und sind deswegen nicht vom Straßenlärm betroffen. Das eine der beiden Zimmer ist etwas größer und grenzt an den Balkon. Das zweite Zimmer hat einen doppelten Boden, der als Bett genutzt werden kann. Das kleine Zimmer eignet sich zum Beispiel auch gut als Gäste- oder Arbeitszimmer. Im größeren der beiden Zimmer wurde der Boden erst ganz frisch neu gemacht.
//We are looking for someone for the 1st of March. Worst Case 1st of April would also be okay. Two rooms are available for rent. Both are situated facing the inner courtyard and are therefore not affected by street noise. One of the two rooms is slightly larger and has access to the balcony. The second room features a raised floor that can be used as a bed. The smaller room is also suitable, for example, as a guest room or office. The flooring in the larger of the two rooms was recently completely redone.
Unsere WG befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Gründerzeithaus in einer Seitenstraße vom Hassel. Der Hassel ist quasi der Knotenpunkt von Magdeburg. Sprich alle Bars, Restaurant und auch der Stadtpark + Elbe sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Es wird aber auch Abends dadurch nicht zu laut. Die Straßenbahnen 2 und 5 fahren direkt vor der Haustür. Man kommt also optimal zur Uni und mit einmal umsteigen auch zur FH. Was Supermärkte angeht sind wir ebenfalls optimal aufgestellt. Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann und Netto befinden sich alle in ca. 10 minütiger Laufentfernung. Und auch Rewe, Norma, Lidl und Kaufland kann man mit dem Fahrrad/ der Straßenbahn in ca. 5 Min erreichen. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit (ca. 15 min zu Fuß/ 5 min mit der Straßenbahn).
//Our shared flat is located in a beautiful old townhouse in a side street of the Hassel. The Hassel is the central point of Magdeburg. All bars, restaurants and the city park + Elbe are nearby. It is also not too noisy in the evening. The tram 2 and 5 go directly in front of the door. So you can get to the university and with one change also to the FH. As far as supermarkets are concerned, we are also optimally positioned. Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann and Netto are all within a 10-minute walk. Rewe, Norma, Lidl and Kaufland can also be reached by bike or tram in about 5 minutes. Also the main station is not far away (approx. 15 min by foot/ 5 min by tram).
In unserer WG wohnen 5 Leute. Unser WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Wir unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen, wie beispielsweise unser jährliches Weihnachtsessen, Filmeabende, Spieleabende und auch Barabende. Allerdings finden solche Unternehmungen auch nicht täglich statt. Wir haben alle unsere eigenen Tagesrythmen, setzen uns aber auch gerne auf einen schnell Schnack in der Küche zusammen. Dir ist aber auch keiner böse, wenn dir gerade nicht nach Quatschen ist. Außerdem solltest du wissen, dass wir ein zweisprachige WG sind. (Englisch und Deutsch)
Wir haben außerdem einen wöchentlich rotiernden Putzplan, der uns sehr wichtig ist.
Interessenbezogen bietet unsere Wg von Allem etwas. Egal, ob du eher kreativ oder technisch bzw. wissenschaftlich interessiert bist. Bei uns ist alles dabei. Auch was Hobbys angeht sind wir breit aufgestellt. Fahrradbegeisterte, Köche, Zeichner/Maler – you name it. Du wirst hier auf jeden Fall jemand Gleichgesinnten finden.
//There are 5 people living in our WG. Our WG is not a purpose WG. We like to do things together, such as our annual Christmas dinner, movie nights, game nights and also bar nights. However, such happenings do not take place every day either. We all have our own daily rhythms, but we also like to sit down together for a quick chat in the kitchen. But nobody is angry with you if you don't feel like chatting. You should also know that we are a bi-lingual WG. (English and German) We also have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule that is very important to us.
In terms of interests, our shared flat offers something of everything. It doesn't matter if you are more creative or technically or scientifically interested. We also have a wide range of hobbies. Bicycle enthusiasts, cooks, painters - you name it. You will definitely find someone like-minded here.
