Es werden drei Zimmer zur Vermietung angeboten. Die hier angegebenen Kosten beziehen sich auf ein Zimmer.
Die drei zur Vermietung stehenden Zimmer werden mit allem ausgestattet, was du für ein komfortables Zuhause brauchst:
- Bett mit neuer Matratze, Bettdecke, Kopfkissen und Bettwäsche
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und passender Beleuchtung
- Regal für deine persönlichen Dinge

- Nachttisch mit Nachttischlampe

Da die Renovierungs- und Einrichtungsarbeiten noch laufen, kann ich dir erst ab dem 20. Februar 2025 aktuelle Fotos der fertig renovierten Wohnung zusenden. Bis dahin findest du anbei einige Beispielbilder meiner anderen Studentenzimmer zur Orientierung.

The shared apartment is currently being renovated and furnished. The common areas will include a fitted kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and modern furniture.
Three rooms are available for rent. The listed price refers to one room.
Each of the three rooms will be fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable home:
• Bed with a new mattress, duvet, pillow, and bedding
• Desk with chair and suitable lighting
• Shelf for your personal belongings
• Clothes rack
• Nightstand with bedside lamp
• Ceiling light
• Curtains
As the renovation and furnishing process is still ongoing, I will be able to send you updated photos of the completed apartment only after February 20, 2025. In the meantime, I have attached some sample pictures of my other student rooms for reference.

Die helle und sonnige Wohnung befindet sich in der Leipziger Straße 29, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uniklinik entfernt. Direkt vor dem Haus halten zwei Straßenbahnlinien, die eine bequeme Anbindung bieten. Die Fahrt zum Hauptcampus der OVGU dauert etwa 25 Minuten, und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar.
Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt ein Einkaufszentrum, das alles für den täglichen Bedarf bietet, einschließlich Lebensmittelgeschäfte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The bright and sunny apartment is located at Leipziger Straße 29, just a few minutes from the University Hospital. Right in front of the building, two tram lines provide excellent transport connections. The tram ride to the main campus takes approximately 25 minutes, and the main train station is also easily and quickly accessible.
A short walk away, you’ll find a shopping center with everything you need for daily life, including grocery stores and other shops.
