Hi, I am subletting my room close to Bocconi University from June - September 2025. I live in a shared flat across Parco Ravizza and less than 10min walking from Bocconi. The location is very close to Porta Romana and the city center. There are the 24 and 9 tram stops within 5min walking distance and the M3 Porta Romana Metro Stop within 10min walking distance. I am originally from Germany and moved to Milan for my Master degree which I started last September. Both of my flatmates are Italian girls and also study their graduate degree at Bocconi. Our flat is located at first floor and has 2 bathrooms, 1 common corridor, 1 common kitchen and 1 common balcony. The house also offers a doorman service, which comes in really handy if you order parcels or letters. My room is ~20sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk & chair, a TV, a smaller bed which I transferred into a sofa, a big wardrobe and a cupboard. In addition our kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking materials, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We also do have a washing machine and WIFI.
