1 room available in apartment-share. The apartment is in walking distance to Maintal-Ost station and located in a very quiet residential area. Absolutely no noise pollution from air and street traffic. The room is around 22 square metres and available immediately. The room comes with a large wardrobe, a desk, a book shelf and there is enough space for a double bed. The room has its own balcony. Pets are allowed. Only non-smokers please. The owner of the appartment speaks German, English, French and Chinese 普通话. Speakers of either of these languages preferred.

Es geht um 1 Zimmer in einer Dreier-WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Maintal-Ost und liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Wohngebiet. Es gibt weder Straßen- noch Fluglärm. Das Zimmer ist 22 m2 groß und ab sofort frei. Das Zimmer hat einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal und genug Platz für ein Doppelbett. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Haustiere nach Absprache erlaubt. Nur an Nichtraucher zu vermieten. Der Vermieter spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Chinesisch. Sprecher einer dieser Sprachen bevorzugt.

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse in Maintal-Dörnigheim. Von der Wohnung sind es 12 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Maintal-Ost. Es fahren Züge nach Frankfurt und Richtung Hanau. Bis Frankfurt benötigt man 15 Minuten.

The appartment is in a quiet street in Maintal-Dörnigheim. The train station is only 12 minutes walk away. There is a regular train connection to Frankfurt which brings you right into the centre of Frankfurt within 15 minutes. Maintal is a very pleasant place to live and the river Main is only a stone throw away. Ideal place for running, cycling or relaxing.

There are currently three young male tenants in the flat-share. One of them works as a computer game programmer and the two are international students. The tenants live here on a long-term basis and have a mutually friendly and supportive behaviour without interfering with each other's privacy.

Die WG-Bewohner leben langfristig hier und pflegen ein freundschaftliches und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander ohne die Privatsphäre des Einzelnen zu beeinträchtigen.
