Das Haus befindet sich sehr zentral in der Nähe vom Münsterplatz/ Hauptbahnhof und die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock.
In der Nähe findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf (Post, Bäcker, Döner, Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, diverse Supermärkte, etc).
Ich selbst besitze ein Auto, wofür ich einen Bewohnerparkausweis beantragt habe. Er kostet für 2 Jahre 60 Euro, allerdings hat man keine Parkplatzgarantie. Falls Du ein Auto mitbringen möchtest, kann ich Dir auch gerne einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zeigen. Auch gibt es Parkhäuser in der Nähe.
Im Hinterhof gibt es eine überdachte Möglichkeit um Fahrräder abzustellen und anzuschließen.
