Das Zimmer wird Teilmöbiliert hinterlassen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne küche, das gebäude liegt im innenhof wodurch man kaum etwas von der Hauptstraße mitbekommt. Ich würde in meinem Zimmer, mein Boxspringbett sowie einen Kleiderschrank lassen. Daher auch die ablösesumme.
Ihr habt fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt die Bushaltestelle Holzhofstr bei der alle gängigen Mainzer Busse fahren. In 5 minuten reichweite habt ihr den bahnhof Römisches Theater. Die Altstadt hat in circa 5-10 minuten reichweite mehrere coole bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freizeit Aktivitäten usw.
Bis zum Dom/Schillerplatz lauft ihr circa 10 minuten.
Vor der Tür kommt auch ein Bus zur Uni
Offen für alle, die nach einer Wg suchen.
Die Ablösesumme wäre Pflicht, ansonsten sei einfach eine coole angenehme Person dann kommt ihr schon klar :))
Man kann mir jederzeit schreiben, oder auch ab 14 Uhr anrufen und sich einmal kennenlernen. Die Wohnung kann jeweils Mo (vormittags), Di (ganztags), Mi (nachmittags), sowie Do (ganztägig) besichtigt werden.
