Das Schlafzimmer ist 3x5 Meter und somit 15 m2 groß. Das Schlafzimmer auf dem Bild ist mein Raum, aber ziemlich gleich aufgebaut, wie dass das zur Vermietung steht. Das Wohnzimmer ist das größte Zimmer mit 4x5, also 20 m2. Bad und WC sind getrennte Räume und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine und ein Durchgang zum Balkon.
In der Nähe (5 min. Fußweg) befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 15 min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ich bin Angestellter im Handwerk und möchte meinen Meister in meinem Beruf machen, deshalb muss ich mein Zimmer vermieten. Da ich nach Beendigung meiner Prüfung mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen möchte, ist die Miete auf den 01.01.2027 befristet. Mir ist ein Respektvoller Umgang sehr wichtig und bin für wünsche an der Einrichtung und sonstiges immer offen.
