• Bottom floor: 3 bedrooms, furnished kitchen, toilet and bathroom

• Location: In the middle of the Neustadt, 10 minutes walk to the main station and the Rhine river

Current flatmates:
• Navin, a first year PhD student working in neuroscience at JGU, recently moved from India, cooks regularly and lives with his girlfriend (who is also an intern at the same lab) in the bedroom on the top floor.
• Gargi, a first year PhD student working in structural biology at JGU, recently moved from India and likes to read and travel in her free time.
• Xenia will be our new flatmate, a third year PhD student working in Informatics at JGU, from Germany and likes to dance and play sports. She also is a part of the foodsharing community to reduce food wastage. She will start living with us from the 1st of November too.
Juan (4th year PhD student) and Uta (Doctor) will be moving out by the end of October.
We often cook together and share food over dinner. We take turns cleaning the apartment on the weekends according to the schedule put up on the fridge. We like to hangout in the living room and have fun conversations over a drink and sometimes go out together. We like to keep the apatment quiet and clean.
If you think you will be a good fit for out aprtment, write to us with some details about yourself, what kind of a person you are and what you expect from the shared apartment life.
We are looking for people who are willing to stay for atleast a year. More the merrier, as we are just starting our lives in Germany and would like have a good and long friendship.
The room needs to be painted before you vacate the apartment or once in atleast 2 years, whichever comes first
