Unsere Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer großen Küche und Bad mit anschließendem Balkon in den Innenhof.

Auf den Fotos siehst du mein Zimmer, welches von Anfang Februar bis Anfang April zur Zwischenmiete frei wäre.

All in all sind es 500€ monatlich.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Neustadt Lage, direkt an der Haltestelle Lessingstraße und man erreicht den Bahnhof zu Fuß in 8 Minuten.

Lotta und ich sind beide 25 Jahre alt und haben zusammen Biologie studiert. Da wir mit dem Master fertig sind wollen wir im nächsten Frühjahr etwas Reisen und bieten daher jeweils unsere Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Lotta ist Mitte Februar bis Mitte März weg, ich (Selina) den Februar und den März.

Wie gesagt sind wir beide im Frühjahr jeweils 6-8 Wochen weg. Daher würden wir auch ein Zimmer für den kompletten Zeitraum (Mitte Januar bis Anfang April) vermieten. Falls du daran interessiert bist melde dich gerne und wir geben dir noch mehr Infos. Wir sind da auch relativ flexibel :)
