The house has a total of 9 very nice bright rooms that have just been refurbished, a minimum of furniture is available. Located in the upper floors, Dielenboden, below Parquet, most of the rooms were very elaborately lined with wood fiber insulation materials. Warm water is generated by continuous heaters. In the 1.OG there is the possibility to set up a three room apartment so you could use a WG in the WG with its own area and kitchenette.
The devastated garden can be reached directly by the kitchen. A gas grill is also available. The nine rooms are distributed on three floors and are very different from location and size so there is something for every wallet.
the rooms in the EC are all covered with oak parquet. OG and DG enjoy beautiful halls. They also expect bright rooms with new windows. The new electrical installation offers enough power for your equipment.
W-Lan is also available throughout the house.
...the cottage is located in a quiet dead end, you reach the next shopping facility in 3 min, the tram stop in the same time. They are also in a few minutes, at the baker, butcher, pharmacist or at the post office. Practically, the town centre of Feudenheim leaves nothing to be desired. On Fridays there is even a small market. Wednesdays is WG Evening at which all those who are here and have time and pleasure to do something together. Whether just cooking, eating and playing together, or playing ice skating and cinema. We are open to everything and also like to taste new Hobbies. But of course, on the other days, we'll do something together whenever it comes. Nevertheless, it is sometimes difficult for all 9 to come together at the same time. Even if 9 roommates initially listen to a lot, it is usually quiet in the house there rarely more than 5 people are home at the same time. We are always happy when there is more life in the house!
We also have a little hangover - Ling. He belongs to our roommate Luca, but walks around freely and likes to pick up some cuddly units.
