Currently, one or my room is free in our 3 WG. The room has a size of 20m2 and is beautifully bright thanks to two windows. The room is unfurnished, but I would like to hand over my very spacious wardrobe untiringly.
In addition to the three WG rooms and a bathroom, the apartment has a large kitchen with access to our protected balcony.
A laundry room with washing machine and sufficient space for clothes racks is available in the basement, as well as a spacious basement compartment, where you can also find space without further bicycles.
The house is a beautiful city villa, about 8 minutes walk from the tram stop (Feudenheim- Endstelle). Line 2 drives here during the day in the 10-minute cycle and you are in about 15-20 minutes in the city centre.
Our apartment is located in the Hochparterre. There are two more apartments in the house.
The house also has a large garden, which can be used together and invites you to common barbecues on the terrace.
Feudenheim is a quiet, green area of Mannheim. Despite the idyllic location, you are very fast in the city centre and you can also get home at night.
The apartment itself is located in a quiet arbor street with nice neighbor sheep. Parking is not a problem, there are enough parking spaces along the road.
Shopping facilities are also abundant. In addition to two supermarkets that can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot, in the vicinity of < 1km you will find all shops of daily need: post office, pharmacies, butcheries, drugstore, bakers, bioshops, etc.
I'm dressing myself as I'm with my girlfriend, but I'm so happy with the apartment.
Your future roommates are Asish (26) and Alessio (35). Both are professional and therefore usually on the move during the day.
Ashish recently completed his studies in Bielefeld and has now started his first job in Mannheim. He likes to cook, is vegetarian and is always happy with nice conversations at dinner.
Alessio accompanies a handicap boy in everyday school and likes to catch live broadcasts on football.
Both of their new roommates wish that he/she valued cleanliness and a harmonious coexistence.
