Right in the middle and not just there - that is the concept of the TOWNHOUSE C7 here in Mannheim. The newly renovated, international student house is located not far from the university of Mannheim and from the well-known Jungbusch club scene or the internationally known Popakademie. Even students who don't study in Mannheim have an immediate connection to public transport (buses and trains) due to the super central location, which is usually only a 1-2 minute walk from the TOWNHOUSE C7.

Unweit der Mannheimer Universität und von der bekannten Club-Szene Jungbusch oder auch der international bekannt Popakademie entfernt befindet sich das frisch renovierte, internationale Studenten-Haus. Selbst Studenten, die nicht in Mannheim studieren, haben aufgrund der super zentralen Lage sofort Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Busse und Bahn), die meist nur 1-2 Gehminuten vom TOWNHOUSE C7 entfernt sind.

Because you're always dealing with people who are relatively your own age and, above all, with people who, like you, are also in Mannheim to study -- that connects you and creates a common basis! But of course it also offers other advantages! Just think about the fact that you can make a lot of international contacts here that may help you later in your professional life, or even just in your private life. Furthermore we also created communication spots on every floor, such as the open kitchen. Here you can meet other students and, if you like, cook together!

Denn so hast du es immer mit relativ Gleichaltrigen zu tun und vor allem mit Menschen, die ebenso wie du, auch in Mannheim sind, um zu studieren -- das verbindet und schafft eine gemeinsame Basis! Aber es bietet natürlich auch andere Vorteile! Denke nur mal an die Tatsache, dass du hier viele internationale Kontakte knüpfen kannst, die dir vielleicht im späteren Berufsleben, oder selbst wenn es nur privat ist, helfen können. Darüber hinaus haben wir auf jeder Etage Kommunikations-Spots geschaffen, wie z.B. mit der offenen Küche. Hier kannst du dich mit anderen Studenten treffen und, wenn du magst, gemeinsam kochen!

TOWNHOUSE C7! This new concept not only brings international students together, but also aims to create affordable and extremely comfortable living space for students in the center of Mannheim. Our experiences over the last decades have shown that it is not always easy for foreign students to find suitable and affordable housing here in Mannheim. The hurdles and barriers to entry are often too high. We want to change this with our TOWNHOUSE C7 concept! From the deposit to the room rent, our pricing is always based on the lower end of the market - but when it comes to the facilities and the feeling of well-being, we are happy to align ourselves with the upper end...! ;-)

Dieses neue Konzept bringt nicht nur internationale Studenten zusammen, sondern verfolgt auch das Ziel, bezahlbaren und top gemütlichen Wohnraum für Studenten in der Mitte von Mannheim zu schaffen. Unsere Erfahrungen der letzten Jahrzehnte haben gezeigt, dass es für ausländische Studenten nicht immer einfach ist, hier in Mannheim geeigneten und bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu finden. Oft sind die Hürden und Einstiegsbarrieren zu hoch. Dies wollen wir mit unserem Konzept TOWNHOUSE C7 ändern! Angefangen bei der Kaution bis hin zu den Zimmermieten orientiert sich unsere Preisgestaltung immer am unteren Ende des Marktes -- wenn es aber um die Ausstattung und das Wohlfühlgefühl geht, richten wir uns gerne am oberen Ende aus...! ;-)
