Hi, guys.
as I move in January, a room will be free in our fantastic WG - i.e. for you a possibility to join our great WG!
In addition to the four WG rooms, the spacious apartment offers a kitchen, two bathrooms (shower and toilet separated, which is super practical) and a huge hallway. There is also a balcony and a roof terrace where you can grill well in summer.
The WG room is ~12 square meters and is fully furnished (with 140cm bed incl. new mattress, wardrobe, desk, new curtains, large shelf, ...). The room is located to the courtyard, on the quiet side of the house.
The apartment is located directly in the squares in the Kurpfalzstraße. The stop Abendakademie is just a few steps away. In the vicinity there are various shopping facilities and bars and in a few minutes you are at the Neckar. From the front door, you can walk to DM and both Aldi, Rossmann and Lidl can be reached in 1-3 minutes. In addition, bakers, pharmacy, diner shop, pizzeria and everything else the heart desires are also right around the corner.
The university is only 10 min walk away. There are also few stations to the main station. The university is easily accessible by bike in about 15-20 min.
Currently Sarah, Pedro, Jessica and I live in the WG. As I move out in mid-January, we are currently looking for a loved one as a new roommate for our WG. Jessica will also move to 01.02., so a second room will be free - check our second ad (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/11522244.html?ma=1).
Sarah and Pedro stay in the WG:
Sarah comes from Peru and studies in the Master Jura at the University of Mannheim in English. Her mother tongue is Spanish, she speaks fluent English and also good German. Your hobbies are going to fire, run, listen to music and dance - she loves Latino parties and is always happy when people join.
Pedro studies with Sarah in the Master Jura at the University of Mannheim. He also speaks Spanish and fluent English and German. He is always for a fun time to have, likes to cook and is at WG evenings at the start.
You are looking forward to a dear person who wants to do something together. Our WG life is relaxed and according to the motto: Everything can, nothing has to. We look forward to joint cooking evenings and Christmas market visits and, of course, understand that every time needs time.

The room will be free as of 19.01.25. We can talk about the exact collection date again, depending on which it is already possible a bit earlier or can be moved to 01.02.
For the furniture of the room and various purchases in the WG (e.g. vacuum cleaner) and the kitchen, a discount of 350 euros applies. There is also a deposit of 638 euros.
We can arrange sightseeing dates from now on. So, in addition to a few nice sentences about you, you should be right when you have time.
