Vermietet wird ein schönes, helles Zimmer in einer 2er Wg im Herzen von Mannheim. Das Zimmer ist circa 15qm groß und ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt. Die Wg besteht aus dem Flur, der Küche (100€ einmalige Abschlagszahlung) ,dem Badezimmer mit (Dusch-)Badewanne und den 2 Wg Zimmern :)
Zur Verfügung steht außerdem ein Abstellraum in der Wohnung sowie ein Keller. Absolutes Highlight ist die zentrumsnahe Lage, die günstige Miete sowie das verlässliche Internet (DSL 120000). Einziges Manko - leider ist unser Kühlschrank kaputt. Du müsstest dich also mit deinem potentiellen Mietbewohner nach einem neuen ( günstigt gebraucht circa 50€) umsehen.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt! Die Wg befindet sich nur 5min. entfernt von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie dem Paradeplatz.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Giovanni (25) kommt ursprünglich aus Sizilien. Das Zusammenleben mit ihm ist wirklich sehr entspannt, er ist offen und hilfsbereit.
