The room and the entire apartment has a beautiful parquet floor. From the window of the room you have a beautiful view of a large tree. The room is slightly smaller due to the roof slopes, but there is also a cozy vibe. The room will be empty. So your creativity is not limited to the establishment :)
Some more general information about the apartment:
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has its own cellar, in the courtyard bicycles can be safely parked.
The apartment has a small hallway and a bright bathroom with rooftop, a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen is large and cozy, with a large dining table for common cooking/food to make what for the university, or to spend time together.
The apartment is located directly opposite the Penny market in Jungbusch. Various stops for buses and trains can be reached within minutes on foot. The lively Jungbuschstraße, the centre of nightlife, is also just a block away. There are many bars, clubs and restaurants. The Neckar is also just a short walk away.
In our small but fine 2nd World Cup, I am looking for a new roommate from mid/end of January, who shares the value of loving handling, honest and open communication, sustainability, a certain amount of cleanliness and vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. I appreciate a harmonious atmosphere and look forward to welcoming a positive and respectful personality in this small home. If you feel addressed, feel happy to report – I am excited to meet you!
We have so far led a very open and communicative WG life, which I would like in the future. Of course, there are always times when everyone is self-evident and there is room for it, but also joint cooking, walks or game evenings with wine or Aperol splash must not be missed occasionally.
And now to me:
I am Catharina, also known as Catha in Mannheim and am 23 years old. I'm studying psychology at Mannheim University.
My friends would describe me as a loving, empathic and humorous person.
Besides the university, which sometimes takes more time than I love, I work in a café in the Neckarstadt-Ost to just get off the desk.
I'd say I'm handcrafted and, so to speak, the housemaster of the apartment. So if a nail hangs wrong, I'm happy to help.
If it's not about such coarse-motor things like repairs, then I like to knit or stick to it, or otherwise try in art and since the latest in boulders. For long nights to go to dance, I am always to have! As far as I am:)
