Sehr schönes ca. 22 qm großes WG-Zimmer zum 01.01.2025 zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG. Es ist 22 qm groß und kostet 590 € warm inklusive Internet. GEZ ist extra. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wie z.B. höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher, Beistelltisch, Couch und 160 cm großes Hochbett. Sehr praktisch, da es keine Wohnfläche wegnimmt. Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung, die sehr nett hergerichtet worden ist. Küche und Bad sind top modern und sauber, außerdem ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Geschirr und alles was man so braucht. Von der Küche kann man auf den Balkon gehen. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Kneipen, Bars etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zusätzlich steht ein Innenhof zur Verfügung, in dem man das Fahrrad problemlos abstellen kann.
The apartment has a great location in Jungbusch. We get nothing from the rainy nightlife, because all the bars only start from the next parallel road (Jungbuschstraße), with us on the church road is nothing like this and therefore usually very quiet.
After an evening in the party district of Mannheim, the Jungbusch, you will be in 2 minutes. at home and then can sleep undisturbed. There are also numerous good restaurants nearby.
The ÖPNV connection is great, the bus stop Akademiestraße (line 60, drives directly to the university and to the Hbf) is not even a minute away. Tram station Dahlbergstraße and Rheinstraße (lines 2, 4, 4a, 6, 6a and at night 3) are both 3 minutes away.
The Nextbike Station is also 3 minutes away.
As shopping facilities there is a small supermarket around the corner (open until 22:00, Fr. and Sa until 0:00), otherwise e.g. an aldi on the way from Paradeplatz to WG or a penny in Jungbusch.
The WG is a 3 WG. At 1.1.2025, my room will be free and Kim will take off to 01.03.2025. Max 18 years stays in the WG and now studies medicine in the 3rd semester. In his spare time he likes to play piano and so often goes to the gym. Otherwise, he is also always for a round of basketball, kicking or having with friends. Even with a relaxed evening with a few beers or activities with the Wg he is there.
