Das Zimmer besitzt einen eigenen Balkon und liegt am Flurende der WG. Es ist also sehr ruhig.
Es ist komplett Möbiliert und ca 16m^2
Die WG liegt am Luisenring. Die Straßenbahn fährt vor der Türe. In den Jungbusch und in die Innenstadt sind es weniger als 5 Minuten. Zudem liegt die WG auch noch in unmittelbarer nähe zum Neckar und den Neckarwiesen.
DIe WG besteht momenntan aus 3 Männern und einer Frau (mir- ich werde aber ausziehen)
Zu bieten haben wir: Ein Arzt, der sich um jegliche Leiden und Hangover kümmert
Ein Jurastudent, der einen gerne mal aus der Klemme hilft
und ein Masterstudent, der dir wundervolle Bewerbungstipps geben kann.
Es wird gerne am Wochenende mal ein Vino auf dem Balkon getrunken oder auch sonst bekocht der eine mal den anderen. Es ist super locker hier und harmonisch. Jeder bekommt seine Privatsphäre aber man kann auch vollen Entertainment Programm einfordern. (Sport, Sport, Sport)
