Hello, I have an apartment rented as WG - as a 3 WG. A roommate now pulls out and the shown room in the diekmal-protected house from the founding period becomes free.
There are 4 rooms plus bathroom and kitchen in the apartment.
The fourth room is still rented, but is used from time to time by me as an office, but it also provides access to a roof terrace (main access from the apartment below) and it would be possible to use it after consultation.

Es gibt in der Wohnung 4 Zimmer plus Bad und Küche.
Das vierte Zimmer ist nocht vermietet, sondern wird ab und an von mir als Büro genutzt, es beitet aber den Zugang zu einer Dachterrasse (Hauptzugang von der Wohnung darunter) und es wäre die Möglichkeit diese nach Absprache mit zu nutzen.
Die Atmosphäre in der WG fühlt sich on außen (aus Vermietersicht ;) klasse an.

Mit der Alten Feuerwache, dem Alter Messplatz und der Gegen darumherum gibt es einiges an Kultur und zum Ausgehen, gleichzeitig mit genug Abstand, dass es nicht nervt oder stört.
