Hello, I am subletting my lovely room from February 1st, 2025 for the long term. Early move-in in January is negotiable.

Apartment:
The WG is located in Collini Center, the tallest building in Mannheim. The surrounding area is quiet and safe.
The main entrance has a security access system, and there is a housing management office responsible for regular cleaning and a waste disposal area at OG. You can temporarily leave packages within the secure access zone (so no more worries about stolen parcels from online shopping!). After dark, there is a building security, and surveillance cameras are in place. You can enter the building immediately after getting off the tram, making it very safe to come home at night!
This is a residential building (not a student dorm), and the residents are friendly. It’s quiet at night! If any issues arise (like noise disturbances), the apartment management team can address them promptly.

WG:
The apartment was newly renovated in August this year, with both internet and electricity fully set up. The main common areas include two bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment. The bathroom has a washing machine.

Your room:
This room is the second smallest in the apartment (and of course, the second cheapest!). It is fully furnished, including a bed, duvet, pillows, desk, chair, desk lamp, wardrobe, and a carpet. You can move in with just your belongings, perfect for the students. The room is about 13 square meters, and it comes with a balcony of about 2 square meters. The balcony faces the Neckar River, offering a stunning view and pleasant light.

The apartment is at the Collini Center.
Located by the Neckar River, near a park, offering beautiful views perfect for jogging or walking along the riverbank.

10-minute walk or tram ride to Mannheim Medical School.
15-min by tram 5 to Uni Mannheim
10-min by tram 5 to DHBW
Tram line 5 stops right at the doorstep every 10-20 minutes, with direct access to Mannheim University, MA Hauptbahnhof, Marktplatz, and Heidelberg.
There is also another tram stop (Theresienkrankenhaus) just a 2-minute walk away, serving lines 2, 4, 5, 7, and E.

It's a 6-person WG.
3 of us (2 men and 1 woman, including myself) will move out of the apartment in January due to internships ending or other reasons, while the remaining 3 are long-term tenants who moved in around September 2024. All tenants are students, so I am also mainly looking for a student tenant. For privacy reasons, please DM me if you have questions about the other tenant :)

It's not the kind of WG where we regularly hang out or do activities together, but everyone is friendly. We are all usually busy with our lives, but we also enjoy chatting and sharing during dinner.

We have a strict cleaning schedule and a noise curfew after 11 PM!
We hope future tenants wil also respect these rules.

There is no nach fee or subletting fee for this room.
The rent is kalt 455+ 40 for utilities as an advance payment+ 10 Storm=505 EUR/ month
The deposit will be 2-month warm rent （1010 EUR).
