Die zwei Fenster im Zimmer gehen gegen Westen, d.h. man hat tagsüber ab spätnachmittag Sonne im Zimmer, dafür ist es im Sommer der kühlste Raum.
Eine Waschmaschine und ausreichend Stauraum befinden sich im Keller. Fahrrad kann im Hof abgestellt werden. dort kann auch (beschränkt) in Kübeln gegärtnert werden.
