The WG is located in a well maintained property, a few meters from the Fressgasse, in the middle of the Q-quadrates, in a quiet street. The house and the house are also quiet.

Each lecture hall of the university can be easily reached on foot in about 5 minutes, by bike you are even faster.

All kinds of shops and dining are nearby:
e.g. REWE-City, large REWE, Lidl, Kaufhof, Aldi, etc. all within a radius of about 100 to 300 meters, etc.

Die WG befindet sich in einem gepflegten Anwesen, wenige Meter von der Fressgasse entfernt, mitten in den Q-Quadraten, in einer ruhigen Strasse. Auch das Haus und das Hausumfeld sind ruhig.
Denjenigen, die Mannheim kennen ist bekannt, dass es sich hier um eine Top-Lage handelt.
Für Auswärtige, die neu nach Mannheim kommen: Die Innenstadt von Mannheim ist in Quadrate eingeteilt. Die Q-Quadrate zählen zu den Top-Lagen innerhalb der Quadrate. Die WG befindet sich in einem Haus, das zu beiden Fußgängerzonen in Mannheim, also sowohl zu den Planken als auch zur Breiten Straße etwa gleich nah liegt (beides rd. 100 Meter). Die beiden zentralen Plätze der Mannheimer Innenstadt, der Marktplatz (rd. 80 Meter) als auch der Paradeplatz (rd. 120 Meter) sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Die Universität (Schloss: Hauptgebäude: Eingang BWL-Uni) ist ca. 4min. zu Fuß / ca. 2min. mit Fahrrad entfernt. Jeden Hörsaal der Uni kann man leicht zu Fuß in rd. 5 min. erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad ist man noch schneller.

Alles Mögliche an Geschäften und Essgelegenheiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe:
Z.B. REWE-City, großer REWE, Lidl, Kaufhof, Aldi, etc. alles im Umkreis von ca. 100 bis 300 Metern, etc.

Only the GEZ contribution/Internet has to be organized and paid by the WG itself.

Infos zum Haus und zur WG und den Kosten:

Die WG befindet sich in einem ruhigen Haus; Die übrigen Bewohner des Hauses legen darauf Wert, dass dies so bleibt. Das Feiern im Haus ist nicht gestattet, also bitte keine Party-Studenten.
Gesucht wird ein(e) Nichtraucher (-in), da in der gesamten WG nicht geraucht werden soll.
Sauberkeit und Einhaltung des Putzplans sollte kein Problem darstellen, es wird also ein(e) Mit-Putzer(-in) gesucht. Das Internet kann idealerweise gemeinsam genutzt werden., W-Lan-Anschluss mit schnellen Kabeln vorhanden.
Diverse Nebenkostenarten wie Grundsteuer, Niederschlagswasser, Müllabfuhr, Gebäudebrandversicherung u.a. sind in der Zimmermiete bereits pauschal enthalten und werden auch nicht abgerechnet, insoweit herrscht also Kostensicherheit. Nicht enthalten und im jährlichen Rhythmus abgerechnet werden verbrauchsabhängige Kosten wie Fernheizung, Wasser mit Abwasser und der Strom. Dafür werden pro Zimmer Euro 40, an NK vorausbezahlt.
Von der WG selbst organisiert und bezahlt werden muss nur der GEZ-Haushaltsbeitrag/Internet.
