Your room is about 15m2 large and beautifully located. If possible, the furniture should be taken over, the sum would have to be negotiated with the renter. There is also a surcharge for kitchen, washing machine etc. The apartment is older, but it doesn't bother. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with washing and dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is a small storage chamber and a basement compartment, bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Unlike most WGs, we even have a living room with couch and TV. Since I will move out in July and I am the main tenant of the apartment, I can only guarantee a rent by the end of June.

The WG is ideally located in the heart of the Mannheim squares on the market square. Aldi, Lidl, Döner, the Mannheim shopping facilities and much more are all located in the immediate vicinity. Almost all relevant places are within walking distance, but the tram stop Marktplatz is reachable in 3-5 minutes and takes you to the city almost everywhere. The University, the Jungbusch as well as Neckar and Rheinufer are all within 5-15 minutes walk; therefore a car is not needed.

So far we had a very relaxed WG life, which I would like to continue. It is not supposed to be a purpose-WG, but as a 2nd-WG we do not get in the way and can also just enjoy our peace. Just the living room is great for game nights, common football shows, one or other beer with friends or a cozy TV evening, which should definitely be part of the WG life. I myself study at the University (Data Science Master) and therefore seek as much a student as possible as a new roommate.

In the rent all additional costs are covered from electricity to GEZ.
