Der oben genannte Preis trifft auf zwei Personen zu. Sollte noch eine dritte Person einhiehen wollen, wird der Preis entsprechend angepasst. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG im H3 Quadrat.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sowohl der Jungbusch, als auch die Uni/Berufsschulen sind ein Katzensprung. Die drei verfügbaren Zimmer haben in etwa 15qm und sind teils möbliert abzugeben. Haushaltsgeräte können auf Wunsch übernommen werden. Auf Absprache können einige Haushaltsgegenstände behalten werden. Küche und Bad werden weitestgehend belassen.
The apartment is close to the market square. Most trams also drive from there. Even the stop Abendakademie is not too far away. There is always the opportunity to go and buy good food around the corner.
Since both my roommates and I want to move out, we give up our apartment as a “WG new foundation”. The WG life is well or badly left to you :)
Da unsere Wohnung im Juni ausläuft, wir aber beide früher ausziehen wollen, aufgeund unserer Lebenspartnerinnen, hoffen wir schnellstmöglich neue Mieter*innen zu finden, die bis zum Sommer eine Bleibe suchen. Meldet euch gerne!
