I am Simon, 25 years old, and looking for a room in Mannheim, ideally located near the S-Bahn stations of the S6 – but I am also open to other offers. The reason for my move is an internship in Hirschberg, for which I will also be on my way to work from time to time. This starts in mid-February, but a room from March would also work without any problems. The internship runs officially until October, but a takeover into a permanent job has already been envisaged by the company. Therefore, I am looking for both fixed-term (also with the end of October) and permanent housing.

I originally came from Münster in Westfalen and studied economic engineering in Aachen and Lille (France). As roommates, I would describe myself as open-minded, communicative and encircling. In my spare time, I try to combine cycling and swimming with my everyday life, and I like to cook in the evening – and that also together with roommates.

Order is important to me and that has always worked wonderfully in the last five years of WG life. Besides, I'm non-smoker. If you have a room or know someone who wants to enrich a nice WG community, I'm happy about your message!

ich bin Simon, 25 Jahre alt, und auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer in Mannheim, idealerweise in der Nähe der S-Bahn-Stationen der S6 – aber ich bin auch offen für andere Angebote. Der Grund meines Umzugs ist ein Praktikum in Hirschberg, für das ich zudem ab und zu beruflich unterwegs sein werde. Dieses beginnt Mitte Februar, aber ein Zimmer ab März würde auch ohne Probleme funktionieren. Das Praktikum läuft offiziell bis Oktober, allerdings ist eine Übernahme in eine Festanstellung bereits vom Unternehmen in Aussicht gestellt worden. Daher suche ich sowohl befristete (auch mit früherem Ende als Oktober) als auch unbefristete Wohnmöglichkeiten.

Ich komme ursprünglich aus dem Münster in Westfalen und habe Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen in Aachen und Lille (Frankreich) studiert. Als Mitbewohner würde ich mich als weltoffen, kommunikativ und umgänglich beschreiben. In meiner Freizeit versuche ich, Radfahren und Schwimmen mit meinem Alltag zu verbinden, und koche abends gerne – und das gerne auch gemeinsam mit Mitbewohnern.

Ordnung ist mir wichtig, und das hat in den letzten fünf Jahren WG-Leben immer wunderbar funktioniert. Außerdem bin ich Nichtraucher. Wenn ihr ein Zimmer frei habt oder jemanden kennt, der eine nette WG-Gemeinschaft bereichern möchte, freue ich mich über eure Nachricht!
