Please read my ad completely and save time for you and me!
p. I am not looking again, but immerno- had to postpone the move again and again because I did not come forward with the research. So don't worry, I'm not a freak:)

I am looking for a mixed professional and like to study (but best of all, a home project where I can participate.)
Am Ü 40 and politicised - in solidarity, feminist *, critical and creative -:) and especially in giving my M.A. thesis. Studied cultural sciences on the second course of education and worked part-time as a coordinator and human resources officer in a small IT Firma. In the remaining time I am a trainer and coach for collectives of all kinds and accompany them on the way to team bulding, anti-racism and other diverse (further) developments.
Personal:
If I feel comfortable, I can flourish, laugh, cook together, organize flea markets... and much MORE. In the Wg kitchen at the clutching and making together.... as well as in writing alone, working wood or other creative nonsense.
To have serious to very serious topics.. depending on resources.. I am very important to a respectful relationship and an open attitude towards one's own and foreign issues, as well as critical ability and error-friendliness! Define me as a person with immigration history - it used to be migration history... well, actually, it's like it's, or not? I don't know... but I don't like to be reduced to it and not the question: "Where do you come from?" because I answer that in a mood: "Bin us Monnem or am us the universe;)
I'm kind of comfortable, but not a party person. More sociable and also like in the kitchen. Cooking is not always my... For this, my reference human - white / cis hetero-regular - every two weeks and cooking my current Wg - 3 human - like and international. - Oh, yes, I am the first generation of Cyberborg, i.e. I am hearing (disabled). As long as people look at me talking, there's no problem... humor is when people still laugh.
If you have many years of experience in various residential projects and Wg's, you don't like dogmas and group wit. For me, solidarity is in no contradiction to self-care and self-empowerment, but it goes hand in hand. One cannot exist without the other! Call me! ps. Ich suche nicht wieder, sondern immernoch- musste den Umzug immer wieder verschieben, weil ich mit der Forschung nicht vorran kam. Also keine Sorge ich bin kein Freak :)

Ich suche eine gemischte Wg- Berufstätige und gerne auch Studis- (am allerliebesten jedoch gerne ein Hausprojekt, an dem ich mitwirke kann.)
Bin Ü 40 und politisiert- solidarisch, feministisch*, kritisch und kreativ- :) und gerade dabei meine M.A. Thesis abzugeben. Habe Kulturwissenschaften auf dem zweiten Bildungsweg studiert und arbeite in Teilzeit als Koordinatorin und Personalreferentin in einer kleinen IT FIrma. In der verbleibenden Zeit bin ich Trainer_in und Coach für Kollektive jeglicher Art und begleite diese auf dem Weg zum Teambulding, Anti-Rassismus und andere vielfältigen (Weiter)Entwicklungen.
Persönlich:
Wenn ich mich wohlfühle kann ich in Hochform aufblühen, lachen, zusammen kochen, Flohmärkte organisieren...und vieles MEHR. Gerne in der Wg Küche am klönen und gemeinsames machen....sowie auch gerne alleine am schreiben, Holz bearbeiten oder anderes kreativen Unfug.
Bin für ernste, bis sehr ernste Themen zu haben.. je nach Ressourcen..Mir ist ein respektvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig und eine offene Haltung gegenüber eigenen und fremden Themen, sowie auch Kritikfähigkeit und Fehlerfreundlichkeit! Definiere mich als Mensch mit Zuwanderungsgeschichte- früher hies es mal Migrationsgeschichte...naja, eigentlich wurscht wie es sich nennt- oder nicht?- I dont know...mag es aber nicht darauf reduziert zu werden und auch nicht die Frage:" Woher kommst du?", denn darauf antworte ich je nach Laune:" Bin us Monnem oder bin us dem Weltallll ;)
Bin ziemlich umgänglich, aber kein Partymensch. Eher gesellig und auch gerne in der Küche. Nöp kochen ist nicht immer meins...Dafür besucht mich mein Bezugsmensch- weiß/cis hetero- regelmäßig- alle zwei Wochen und bekocht meine aktuelle Wg - 3 Menschen- gerne und international. -. Ach so ja, bin die erste Generation Cyberborg 🤣, d.h. bin Hör(Behindert). Solange Menschen mich beim reden anschauen, gibt es keine Probleme...Humor ist wenn Mensch trotzdem lacht.
Bringe viele Jahre Erfahrungen in diversen Wohnprojekten und Wg´s mit, mag jedoch keine Dogmen und Gruppenzwang. Solidarität steht für mich in keinem Widerspruch, zu Selfcare und Selfempowerment, sondern geht Hand in Hand zusammen. Das Eine kann ohne das Andere nicht existieren! Melde dich!
