The room is available from 1st of December. Either for the whole month of December or even until January if necessary.

The room is furnished with a bed and a desk with chair. The rest of the flat like kitchen, living room and bath room is fully furnished.

The flat is located in Schwetzingervorstadt close to Mannheim Hauptbahnhof (main station). It's a 12 min walk or 5 min by tram. The tram station is only 2 minutes away. Supermarkets like Lidl, Edeka and Rewe are also very close. There's a dm market, 2 asian supermarkets, small restaurants and cafés and several bakeries nearby. The area is very safe and rather quiet, but not far from the city center, University and Hochschule.

I'm Helen, 23, female, living here since 3 years and studying midwifery science in Ludwigshafen while also working in Heidelberg.
The requirement for the room is another woman. Visits from men, smoking, alkohol and other drugs is not welcome.

City registration is possible.

Internet, electricity, gas and GEZ is included in the additional costs.
Water and everything else is included in the normal rent fees.

For the landlords is not important if you're a student or already working.
