Because I have to move away from Mannheim for professional reasons, I'm looking for a rental agent for my room. The room is fully furnished, very bright and has a great view over the city. So you can move in directly. The apartment has a spacious balcony, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. With direct proximity to the university (10min walkway) it is especially suitable for students - in a few minutes you are at the station, at the planks or in the park.
