I'm looking for a roommate :)
The apartment has two rooms, a room with balcony and kitchen, a bathroom newly renovated with bathtub and towel heating, a hallway & a basement compartment. The second room is slightly larger than the first one. One of the rooms serves as a living room with kitchen and balcony. The balcony overlooks the beautiful courtyard. If possible, the kitchen including fridge with freezer and dishwasher should be taken over. The bathroom is relatively newly renovated and very clean. A small hall connects all 4 rooms. In the bathroom there is a washing machine connection.
There is no elevator in the house.
The courtyard can be used.
The rooms are located towards the main street, but the windows are very soundproof. The balcony goes out to the courtyard, this is quieter.
Due to the high number of inquiries, you should know that I prefer to take people who:
- above all, take over the kitchen against a discount of about 1,200 € (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer)
- female roommate
- Record from April 1, 2025
- tenants who stay there for at least one year
Upon arrival, the apartment was removed, which is expected by the tenant during the withdrawal.
