Hello guys,
we are looking for long-term working tenants (at least 2-3 years upwards).
This is a 5 ZKB apartment with 117qm (7, 13, 16 to the yard/ 21 and 24qm to the street) in the 2nd. OG of a beautiful listed house with approx. 3m high ceilings.
For rent are two rooms (16 and 7sqm). At the moment, the small room is used as an office. So it's ideal if you have a sep. area here. It would also be well conceivable as a bedroom.
The room is partially furnished (bed, clothes stand, armchair, chair, desk) rented, the extra costs are flat and there are no extra costs. Repayment. That's why you shouldn't bring your own big pieces of furniture.
The kitchen is located to the backyard and has a small balcony to drink a coffee. Smoke should not be smoked on the balcony as much as possible, as this then moves into the apartments above it. The large kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove, dishes & cutlery and a chillout lounge.
You'll be the only WG in this house. The remaining 4 parties are inhabited by couples and small families.
There are 2 rooms to the quiet one-way street and 3 rooms to the farm.
It is expected that you will cool and clean your room. The common rooms such as bathroom (incl. washing machine), sep. WC, kitchen, flat and house corridor, courtyard are to be cleaned alternately with your roommates. That is, everyone putzt/ returns once a month.
As well as winter service, i.e. all parties change in the winter months.
As a security, I want a guarantee from parents and like Schufa (request now) .
The mentioned 15€/person for telephone/ Internet and GEZ are added at the price.

Questions & ideas
Tram at the new measuring station approx. 5 minutes walk.
Parking is rough. However, it is possible to park without identification or the like.
Jogging, grilling etc. directly at the Neckar, about 10min. walking distance.
Shops, bakers, restaurants, pubs and cultural events are "around the corner"
Neckarstadt-Ost is the "better half" from Neckarstadt.
Uni, train station with tram in 10min. to reach
