This is a 5 ZKBB apartment with 117qm (7, 13, 16 to the yard/ 21 and 24qm to the street) in 2. OG of a beautiful listed house with approx. 3m high ceilings.
For rent is a quiet room.
The room is partially furnished (bed, clothes stand, armchair, chair, desk). That's why you shouldn't bring your own big pieces of furniture. The additional costs are flat and there are no additional costs. Repayment.
The kitchen is located to the backyard and has a small balcony to drink a coffee. It should not be smoked on the balcony!, as this then moves into the apartments above it. The large kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove, dishes & cutlery and a chillout lounge.
There's another WG in the house. The remaining 3 parties are inhabited by couples and small families.
There are 2 rooms to the quiet one-way street and 3 rooms to the farm.
In MA you can get very well without a car, bike & train. The Neckar for jogging or cycling is about 500m away from us, the picnic meadow also. Neckarstadt is also quite cool with beautiful cafes and restaurants.
The legendary Jungbusch is not far away either. So really a neighborhood to feel comfortable.
P.S. is expected to keep your room up and clean regularly. The common rooms such as bathroom (incl. washing machine), sep. WC, kitchen, flat and house corridor, courtyard are to be cleaned alternately with your roommates. That is, everyone putzt/ returns once a month.
As well as winter service, i.e. all parties change in the winter months.

Bitte schreibt uns eine Nachricht und erzählt doch kurz, wo du was schönes arbeitest und wie lange du bei uns wohnen willst. Sag uns bitte dein Alter und Nationalität. Danke!!!
Es handelt sich hier um eine 5 ZKBB-Wohnung mit 117qm (7, 13, 16 zum Hof// 21 u. 24qm zur Straße) im 2. OG eines schönen denkmalgeschützten Hauses mit ca. 3m hohen Decken.
Zur Vermietung steht ein ruhiges Zimmer.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert (Bett, Kleiderständer, Sessel, Stuhl, Schreibtisch) vermietet. Deshalb solltest du auch keine eigenen, große Möbelstücke mitbringen. Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal und es gibt keine Nach- bzw. Rückzahlung.
Die Küche liegt zum Hinterhof und hat einen kleinen Balkon, um mal einen Kaffee zu trinken. Geraucht werden sollte auf dem Balkon nicht!, da dies dann in die darüberliegenden Wohnungen zieht. Die große Wohnküche ist unter anderem ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Geschirr & Besteck sowie einer Chillout-Lounge.
Es gibt noch eine weitere WG im Haus. Die restlichen 3 Parteien werden von Paaren und Kleinfamilien bewohnt.
Es gibt 2 Zimmer zur ruhigen Einbahnstraße und 3 Zimmer zum Hof.
In MA kann man sehr gut ohne Auto auskommen, Rad & Bahn reichen. Der Neckar zum joggen oder radfahren ist rund 500m von uns entfernt, die Picknickwiese auch. Neckarstadt ist auch ganz cool mit schönen Cafes und Restaurants.
Der legendäre Jungbusch ist auch nicht weit weg. Also wirklich ein Stadtteil zum wohlfühlen.
P.S. Vorausgesetzt wird, dass Du dein Zimmer in Ordnung hälst und regelmäßig putzt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Bad (incl. Waschmaschine), sep. WC, Küche, Wohnungs- und Hausflur, Hof sind im Wechsel mit deinen Mitbewohnern zu putzen. D.h. jeder putzt/ kehrt einmal im Monat.
Sowie Winterdienst, d.h. alle Parteien wechseln sich in den Wintermonaten ab.
Als Sicherheit möchte ich eine Bürgschaft der Eltern und gerne Schufa.
Zum Preis kommen noch die erwähnten Kosten für Telefon/ Internet und GEZ hinzu.
