The room has an area of 15 sqm, with a little bevel. The Wohung is very quiet in the attic near water tower. It is laminate and the room has just been freshly painted. There is a separate TV cable connection in the room and the WLAN signal is strong. It is rented furnished, as in the photos.

The East City is known for its monumental Art Nouveau buildings. It is one of the best and most expensive residential areas in Mannheim. The house is located between Augustaanlage and Luisenpark and is therefore very central. The nearby Luisenpark, one of the most beautiful parks in Europe, offers pure nature as well as opportunities for sporting activity and relaxation. From the apartment you have a free view outside, overlooking the dome of the Christ Church. The apartment is in the attic. Shops are nearby (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka), the nearest bus stop "Friedrichsplatz" is located on the Augusta facility opposite the Hotel Leonardo Royal. Very good restaurants and restaurants can also be found in the vicinity. The city centre of Mannheim is reached in a few minutes, for example by bicycle.
