You are here in the city and still have the Rhine meadows for jogging, cycling, relaxing etc. only 1 min from here - in the most true sense around the corner! On the plan you don't see it right!
Since most are not aware of all the costs that are incurred here:
The rent includes > .möblierte Zimmer / NK = water, waste water, garbage, household electricity etc./ electricity / heating / internet !
The apartment is about 90 square meters, the room about 18 square meters and has a large window.
This is available in refurbished old building, i.e. new large windows = bright, with kitchen - all necessary like WaMa etc., bathroom and toilet separated- very practical for WG! both with daylight.
Only 5 min - to the city for shopping, public transport, railway station, university, etc. - to chill to the Rheinauen.
So- we are in the city and directly opposite Schloss Mannheim and around the corner of the Rheinauen.
Access via Stadtring to Frankfurt, Heidelberg etc. quickly.
You don't have to be hours,
We would like to have someone for at least one year, because you want to get used to each other and live together. Not only for 1 semester.
We are not typical students WG and would like to live with someone similar to us. We have a lot to do, but are also not a so-called "Zweck Wg", but simply for the thoughtful living together, i.e. Cleanliness.
Once a week we also clean up the common spaces together - together the flott and guaranteed cleanliness.
We're looking for some people who want to live there for longer. So not only for one semester and not for short time !
