Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen einen neuen netten Mitbewohner:in für ein ca 21 qm großes WG-Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG in Marbach am Neckar. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, da unser jetztiger Mitbewohner leider die WG verlässt.
Das Zimmer sollte jedoch mit Möbeln (mit Abstandszahlung) übernommen werden.
Die WG hat eine moderne Küche mit Spühlmaschine.
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zudem gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch. Rund um das Haus ist ein kleiner Garten und einen Balkon hat die WG auch (bedeutet im Sommer wird gerne gegrillt und zusammen gesessen).
Platz ist bei uns also genügend vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande der Altstadt und ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof Marbach entfernt. Die PH ist entweder in 10min mit dem Auto oder in 8min mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Rewe, einen Backer, einen Müller und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung.
Außerdem liegt die WG in Neckar Nähe, wo der nächste Biergarten nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist.
