I expect to move out of my room on the end of January 2025. So I’m searching for people who can sign a lease with the landlord starting on February 1st, the minimum rental length is 3 months.
The room is 12 square meters in size and comes with furniture, heating, and at least 5 power outlets.
The room is located in the attic, which has 3 rooms and a small kitchen. The 3 rooms in the attic share 2 bathrooms with the other 3 rooms on the first floor. There is also a large kitchen on the ground floor, which you can use.
The room comes with the following furniture:
* Bed (100x200 cm) with mattress
* A desk
* An office chair
* A storage cabinet
Currently, there are 8 people living in the house. It has 3 floors, 2 kitchens, and 3 bathrooms. There is a large garden and a courtyard, with a canopy where you can store your bicycle.
The small kitchen in the attic is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and storage cabinets. The large kitchen on the ground floor has 2 fridges, a stove, microwave, and a washing machine.
The nearest two stations (Cappel Am Teich) and (August-Bebel-Str.) are 6 minutes’ walk from the house. Lines 2, 3, and 12 run on this route. There is a shopping center nearby with Tegut, Lidl, Aldi, and DM.
The residents of the house mainly speak German and English, and I speak English.
