Note: I rent the room from 1 December 2024 to 15 -20 January 2025. The room is furnished with everything you need, bed, bookcase, chest of drawers for clothes and desk and a couple of beautiful plants.
The room has two windows, which allow the sun to light the room in the mornings and one has a view of the forest, a good view to start the day. Otherwise, the room has a nice looking light laminate floor.

Location
The house is situated in the northern part of Ortenberg, close to the main train station. The main station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes via the Ortenbergsteg or the Jägertunnel.
With the Edeka supermarket on Alte Kasseler Straße, the shops are practically on your doorstep. A 10-minute walk away you will find Penny and dm, and a little further on there is also a Toom DIY shop (or going in the other direction you are already in the city of Marburg). Bus line 8 also stops right in front of the
(stop Alte Kasseler Straße; goes to/via Erlenring). You can also reach the city centre by bike in 5-10 minutes.

Shared flat life
Precious, Miguel and Imraz will live in the shared flat. O
Precious works in the Health Area and is very friendly and kind. Miguel comes from the Dominican Republic and works in an inclusive flat share in Richtsberg and Imraz is doing his Master's degree at the University of Marburg.
Consequently, German and English are the main languages spoken in the shared flat, although if you also speak Spanish you can always enjoy a good coffee with Miguel.
In general, living together is very relaxed and calm. According to the motto "Everything can, nothing should", sometimes time is spent together in the kitchen cooking or having breakfast, and sometimes one withdraws to one's room if necessary and has one's peace there.
There is a weekly cleaning schedule, so the flat is always kept clean.

Other
If you want to bring a bicycle, there is space for it in the basement.
You can use the cellar compartment that belongs to the flat, and there is also a washing machine in the cellar.
Our kitchen is well equipped with various cooking utensils and many spices. The only thing we are missing is a dishwasher.
