Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines Hochhauses in Markdorf. Schöne ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht. Der Edeka ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Stadtmitte knappe 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Markdorf ist eine tolle Stadt in der Nähe vom Bodensee. Im Haus wohnen verschiedene Familien und Personen von jung bis alt.
Die WG wird komplett neu aufgemacht. Die Wohnung wurde gerade erst frisch renoviert und die Bäder/WC's komplett neu gemacht.
Die WG richtet sich an Personen, die nicht nur ein Zimmer suchen, sondern mit den anderen WG Bewohnern zusammen leben möchten. Daher möchten wir nicht alle Zimmer belegen. Gerne können sich auch 3 Personen melden, die sich kennen und gerne eine WG zusammen gründen möchten.
ACHTUNG!! Aktuell sind noch alle Zimmer frei. 2x 11qm und 1x 16qm
Die Wohnung hat 2 Stellplätze. Einen in der Tiefgarage, einen Außenstellplatz. Die Stellplätze können für 50€/Stellplatz dazu gemietet werden.
Eine Küche ist vorhanden mit Backofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank.
Die Zimmer sind aktuell noch nicht möbliert. Hier besteht aktuell noch die Möglichkeit, falls 3 Personen einziehen möchten, die sich kennen und eine WG gründen möchten, Ihre Möbel selbst mit zu bringen.
