Vermietet wird ein Zimmer im 4.Stock / Dachgeschoss, eines Einfamilienhauses in der Unterstadt in Meersburg. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat eine Singleküche. Das Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Waschmaschiene liegt einen Stock tiefer, da befinden sich auch die 2 anderen Zimmer der Frauen WG, die bereits an Studentinen vermietet sind.
Das Haus ist nur ca.5 min von der Fähre nach Konstanz entfernt, gleichweit ist es auch zum Bus nach Friedrichshafen und Überlingen.
Ich, als Vermieterin, bewohne den 1. und 2. Stock des Hauses und ich habe 3 Katzen, daher ist das Zimmer für Allergiker schlecht geeignet.
Die Kosten mit 390€ sind incl., Heizung, Wasser, Müll und Internet. Strom Vorauszahlung 10€ .
