Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, zwei Abstellräume und liegt im 2ten Stock. Gesamtfläche beläuft sich auf ca. 80 qm. Alle drei Zimmer haben ca. die gleiche Größe wobei eines zusätzlich einen Balkon hat. Die Wohnung ist außerdem renoviert.
Ruhige Lage - abseits der Hauptstraße - im beschaulichen Waltershofen bei Meitingen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Erholungsmöglichkeiten - Wald, Lech
Ich heiße Marcus, bin 27 Jahre alt und übernehme die Wohnung von einem guten Freund, der diese Anfang Juli verlässt. Momentan wohne ich noch in Augsburg, da ich jedoch im Umkreis von Meitingen arbeite und trainiere möchte ich auch dort hinziehen.
Ich studiere Soziale Arbeit und arbeite parallel dazu auf Teilzeitbasis. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich regelmäßig diversen Sportaktivitäten nach, musiziere sehr gerne und reise recht viel.
Um Kosten zu sparen überlege ich evtl. eine 3- WG zu gründen, wobei dies nicht sicher ist.
